Incontri con Mukesh Gupta

Il filosofo ed educatore itinerante Mukesh Gupta, per vent’anni coordinatore del Centro Krishnamurti di Varanasi (India), terrà al Castello di Pergine e all’Istituto Marie Curie di Pergine Valsugana una serie di conferenze e un seminario sul pensiero di Jiddu Krishnamurti.

2020 International gathering around the work of KRISHNAMURTI
Saturday 25th July arrival day  –  Saturday 8th August departure day

In Hôtel Sport Chalet – Mürren
above Lauterbrunnen near Interlaken, Switzerland

Reachable by cable car only – altitude 1650 m.
(You can come for one or two weeks)

Week 1
In a world in need of global action, can we observe the divisions we create?

Week 2
Can we die to the past and be fully creative?

We do feel that the approach of Krishnamurti gains even more importance in highlighting the current challenges humanity has to face.
During this gathering we intend to move diligently into the understanding of our lives.

ACTIVITIES

  • Viewing and studying some selected talks of Krishnamurti
  • Dialogue groups
  • Hikes, twice weekly
  • Body awareness through Yoga and movement
  • In the evenings: either specific DVDs or music, or sessions offered by participants             

Our intention is to create a space in which participants have a possibility to feel free and to reflect. We will be together to explore the mind, to let go of old patterns. There is no authority and no goal to reach.

The atmosphere of friendliness, seriousness, silence and togetherness is important in order to sustain that quality of inquiry. Mürren offers the possibility to be in touch with the beauty of the high mountains and the quality of silence.

This International gathering opens the possibility to create relationships with people sharing the same investigation, coming from different parts of the world.

IN OURSELVES AND IN SOCIETY?

ACTIVITIES
• Viewing of selected videos and DVDs of Krishnamurti’s talks.
• Dialogue groups
• Hikes, twice weekly
• Body awareness through yoga, Feldenkrais or else.
• In the evenings: either showing of specific DVDs or sessions offered by participants.

The different activities have in common our intention to give space and energy to the understanding and the flowering of the mind. We are learning to share, to observe, to listen. There is no goal to reach.

This International gathering attracts people from different parts of the world. The atmosphere of friendliness, seriousness, silence and togetherness is important in order to sustain a quality of inquiry.

Mürren offers the possibility to be in touch with the beauty of the high mountains and the quality of silence.

Other program:
Mountain Retreat for young people from 12th to 19th August 2017 in Bourg-St-Pierre, Valais. Exploration of the work of Krishnamurti.
Discussion and sharing, walks and observation of nature.
